Mr. Srinivas discussed few topics about Aerospace.

The topics covered are :
                                 >Space Debris
                                 >The effect of it on present day

Also he discussed a lot about basics of  universe, expansion of universe and parallel universe.

Mr.Srinivas made the session interactive by asking few questions and encouraging the participants by asking them to work on the topics and the questions given.

The session was concluded with the topic Aerospace and discussing some facts about space.

Event: Work Shop on RC planes 

Mr.Ravi Teja has started the session with the basics of rc plane.

The topics covered are:

     > maneuvering of RC craft

     >msths behind RC planes was explained

Mr.Ravi Teja ended his talk with discussions with the participants.

Ms.Satya Siri started her talk with explaining the aerodynamics of boomerang.

The session ended with making of an origami boomerang.

Event: Workshop on Boomerang

Participants were asked to make their own boomerang with the kit provided to them.

This session was made very interesting by the squadron leaders by making their team very active in the making of boomerangs.

The session was ended with making a variety of boomerangs made by the participants.

Session started with the review of Prince of Aero Dynamics-1.

Mr.Raghu Ram started the event Prince of Aero Dynamics-2 and covered the topics of
       >Anatomy of aircraft
       >Forces for airplanes

Later quiz is conducted with 8 questions.

The topic wing design and various points related wing design are also covered.

After the interaction between the participants and the presenter the session was ended.

Event: Workshop on Glider.

Mr.Venkatesh started the event with history and basics of glider.

Mr.Shashi Kiran added his views about glider.

 Prof.Shyam Prasad also interacted with the participants and explained a lot about gliders.

Topics related to properties and specifications of gliders were dealt in this session.

Later the participants were asked to make the model of Glider under the supervision of their team squadron
leader.

The session ended with the contest on the models of gliders prepared by the partcipants.

EVENT : Prince of Aerodynamics by M.Satya Sri.

POINTS COVERED:

The Evolution of the Flights since ages were shown.

Language of Aerodynamics was covered.

The birth of aerofoil and the importance of Cayley’s invention was discussed.

The basic principles of Aerodynamics.

Types of Flows.

Demonstration of flows, Bernouli’s Principle was presented using hair drier and other models.

Theme Coordinator Shashi Kiran has announced a great previlage for participants of theme that

is “News on aerodynamics” can be said by any of the participant everyday.

At last prof.K.Shyam Prasad, adressed the gathering and gave the overveiw of all concepts

covered by the presenter.

The meeting closed by maintaining peace for the great scientists who sacrificed their lives for many inventions.

Starting the meeting,

Ms.Sathya Sri spoke about SPDC and KLU ASME STUDENT SECTION which won the "Best Upcoming Student Section" award.

Mr.Shashi Kiran introducing the THEME AERO, gave a detailed report of all the events in the theme.

Prof.Sri Hari Prasad spoke about  aerodynamics and explained about the origin of boomerang and shared a few things about history of indian aeronautics and the persons behind the development.

He suggested the participants to read the books about aeronautics and develop the knowledge on the subject.

Prof.Shyam Prasad addressed the gathering by thanking all the participants.

He suggested the participants to choose their goals and expertise in their field.

Presenters Mr.Raghu Ram, Mr.Srinivas gave their views about the history of aerodynamics and the modern aerodynamics and also about the air fighters.

At last Shyam Prasad sir distributed the Id cards to organisers and invited the participants to be interactive in the theme and get the most of the theme.

The session was concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms.Satya Sri.
